Your home should be the place where you find peace. And real peace at home comes from more than just a clean space — it comes from a home that is balanced, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with pieces that carry meaning for you. That belief has been at the heart of everything I've built here, from the very beginning.
How it all started
It started with a simple belief: that everyone deserves to enjoy a beautiful home — and that getting there shouldn't be complicated.
In 2011, Home Synchronize started as a blog. My mission was simple — to simplify interior decorating and make it accessible to anyone who wanted a home they loved. But as I wrote and researched and designed, I kept coming back to something closer to my heart.
My faith.
As a Muslim and someone deeply passionate about interior design, I grew up surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Islamic art and Arabic calligraphy. Intricate geometric patterns. Flowing script. A visual language that has been refined over centuries. I wanted to shine a light on that beauty — to show the world what Islamic design could look like through the lens of contemporary interior design.
That conviction led me to Arabic calligraphy stencils. Because if I could put that art directly into people's hands — literally — they could bring it into their homes themselves. Beautifully. Simply. On their own terms.
It. Took. Hours the first time I cut a stencil by hand. But when I saw the finished result on the wall, I knew I was onto something.
What grew from there
When I shared my stencilling experience on the blog, the response was immediate. People from around the world wanted these tools. So in 2013 I opened my Etsy shop — and what started as a collection of Arabic calligraphy stencils has grown and evolved into everything Home Synchronize offers today.
Over the years, customers sent me stories, photos, and projects that took my breath away. Decorated walls, handcrafted gifts, canvas artwork, cakes, centrepieces, school projects. The creativity of this community never stopped inspiring me.
Over the years I've also built a YouTube channel where I share tutorials, decorating tips, and DIY inspiration — because showing is sometimes better than telling.
But as the brand grew, so did my own evolution as a home decorator. And I found myself drawn back to where it all began — interior design. Not just for the Arab and Muslim community, but for anyone who wants a home that is beautiful, intentional, and unmistakably theirs.
Where Home Synchronize is today
Today, Home Synchronize is a full home design brand — built around one belief: creating a home you love shouldn't be complicated. You just need the right tools and the right plan.
That looks different for everyone. Some want to create their own home decor — a piece of Arabic calligraphy on a wall, a hand-crafted gift, a space that reflects their roots. Others want to design their own home but need a clear direction — so I create a personalized design board and space plan they can shop and execute themselves. And some want both.
