Perfect experience and product

I am a NYC high school teacher. As part of a cultural day, I wanted to expose my students to Arabic calligraphy. I came across this website after doing extensive online research and decided to order some of their stencils. I contacted the owner Lama Zibdeh because I was very short on time. She was absolutely amazing. She took time to answer all my questions and patiently walked me though the different options. She even allowed me to change my order twice and went above and beyond to mail the package of stencils the same day. These are very high quality stencils that are very easy to use. The package included detailed instructions as well. Overall this was a very positive experience both in terms of customer service and quality of products.
