Our e-design service gives you a clear, personalized plan you can act on yourself — at your own pace, within your own budget, from anywhere. Everything happens online, making the process simple, flexible, and stress-free. We offer six carefully curated packages so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs.

How the E-Design Process Works

Fill out the inquiry form (here)— Before purchasing, tell us about your space, your design challenge, and what kind of help you're looking for. Include your phone number in case we need to follow up. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Purchase your package — Once we've confirmed the right service for you, go ahead and book.

Complete the client questionnaire — You'll receive a questionnaire to help us understand your style, preferences, and how you use the space.

Send your space details — Depending on your package, we may ask for photos, measurements, inspiration images, or furniture dimensions.

Consultation & planning — For some packages, we'll meet virtually to talk through your goals before design work begins.

Design development — We get to work creating your personalized plan. Depending on the package, this may include a mood board, space plan, wall plan, styling guidance, and clickable shopping links. Turnaround time varies by package, so please allow approximately 3-14 business days for your design to be completed.

Receive your design — Your completed plan is delivered digitally with everything you need to move forward with confidence.

Implement at your own pace — Shop when you're ready, execute on your timeline, and create a home you're truly proud of. And if you're local to Maryland, we also offer in-person sessions for a more hands-on experience.

E-Design is a collaborative process, and the final result depends greatly on the accuracy of the information, measurements, and photos provided when required for your selected service. Full payment is required before work begins, and all sales are final.
