We ship orders worldwide from our studio in Maryland, United States.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to track your order. Please note that our shippers are third party services and any delays in receiving your package may take place and are out of our control. Once the order is shipped, you will NOT be able to cancel your order.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. However, we will work with you to get to the bottom of it!

- U.S. First class package: 3-5 business days
- U.S. priority mail: 1-3 business day

International Shipping options:
- We ship worldwide via Priority mail, UPS and DHL express.
- Transit time is usually 6-10 business days for priority mail (but can be up to 2 weeks) after processing. If you'd like your order sooner please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to duties and customs taxes. This amount depends on your country’s requirements and is based on the total value of your order. This is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost.
- Kindly note that if your order is sent back to Home Synchronize due to refusal to pay the customs fee or inability to contact the addressee, then the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fee are non-refundable.
